Eventually got all the songs, pictures and movies moved from my iPod to my new laptop. This software saved a lot of time versus burning a bunch of DVDs and adding it that way.
There were some anxious times getting this accomplished. After about every 100 songs the program would show an error then quit. I would restart and it would skip the already added songs then quit after the next 100 songs. This went on for about 6 times then for whatever reason it loaded the last couple thousand songs and all my movies flawlessly.
Maybe the frequent iTunes updates continually changes the process for how this software operates and Tasty Bites can’t quite keep up. Don’t know. The readme instructions did not match the instructions on the inside cover of the CD. The instructions didn’t match what we (three of us reasonably technically competent) eventually found worked. This morning when I tried to sync my iPod to get my latest podcasts for the morning commute my iPod would not sync. I checked my iTunes settings, changed preferences back to auto update and booted. When I plug my iPod into my computer iTunes starts as always then about 5 seconds later it says it synched. However my iPod is still flashing DO NOT REMOVE and continues to do this. I will boot my iPod again and reset to factory settings. Anyhow, program worked and accomplished my objective. I can’t be too critical as I work for a software developer and appropriate documentation always seems to get the short end.

My poor son who didn’t listen to me when I told him to backup his ipod songs. BANG! Hard drive crashes. No more Itunes. No more Lollipop(s).
After years listening to the same old songs including lollipop, he finally popped. Did he take the initiative to find a solution. NO. Too lazy. Daddy-O had to do the work for him.
This software I hope will work. If not, he will have to dish out more $$$$$ to find his solution.

I purchased a Cucusoft DVD Ipod Coverter Program. When I went to the help section the screen was different then the one I purchased so the help section was no good. I e-mail the company several times for help and got no answer? The program never did work. Be careful to make sure you can get a refund before you buy. This company claims a 30 day refund. I will probably have to fight this with my credit card company to get my money back. I’m still looking for a good program for my new Ipod Touch. Thanks Ron

I was very frustrated with this product… It did not come in time and my computer did not even recognize the CD. Therefore, I was unable to get the product to work… It could just be a one time occurance – but I was aggrevated that I wasted money on it. Instead I just downloaded a program offline for $20 that worked GREAT!!
